We are almost back in business! The Philadelphians MC selected a new host hotel yesterday and is currently negotiating a contract. We are holding off on re-opening registration or publishing the new hotel information until we have a signed contract, but we wanted to give everyone a heads-up now. Once we sign a contract (hopefully this week or early next), we will re-open registration / run pass purchase for everyone, but we will give our currently registered attendees a few days to re-book their hotel rooms before opening up the hotel reservation portal to everyone else. Thank you so much for your patience in the interim, and we are still very much looking forward to seeing you in December! Stay tuned!!

RUN PASS SALES HAVE RESUMED!! The source of the malfunction was found and addressed, and the erroneous transactions have been corrected. PLEASE NOTE: If you experience network lag or slowness when clicking the final button in the registration process (where your card gets charged), DO NOT CLICK THE BUTTON MORE THAN ONCE. The form is coded to reject multiple button clicks, but in rare cases, network lag may prevent those safeguards from working, and you may be charged multiple times. This is a very rare occurrence, and if it happens, we can process refunds for the erroneous charges, but to avoid the ordeal in the first place, please just remember to ONLY CLICK ONCE.

And the timing couldn’t be more perfect — as the 50th Anniversary of the Philadelphians MC is fast approaching in 2024, Tri-Cen XX will officially be themed “Celebrating the Golden Age of Inappropriate Public Behavior”!
